hello,

i just buy and installed embly premiere

just to remember the config :

installed on a synology server

I installed the IPTV plugins

I setup a m3u file as the source for my live TV

I setup the video/music library

i can browse them via upnp/DLNA from a android

I installed the windows embly theater client and I was able to view the live TV and the library

 

I search all around for the option how to record a tv channel and did not find anything

where is the record option ?

do I need a EPG in order to record a program (I don't use epg under embly )

 

can somebody point out the correct direction ?

Hi, currently yes you do need an EPG to schedule a recording. We plan to improve this in the future to be able to record without one. Thanks.

I assume you took out a monthly subscription just to try it out right?

 

If so if you paid with paypal you cancel the subscription there.

after readling on you page

I was happy to find a tools able to process pvr. and I pay a lifetime license. 

 

i did not expected that was not so. I trusted you advertising
