Videos don't load on the TV app

The videos play fine through VLC and through the emby localhost page. But when I try playing videos through the emby TV app, it just doesn't load. I am able to get Plex to play the same exact files properly on its' TV app. However, If I set the mbps very low, I'm talking less than 1 mbps 480p, then it plays. It also sometimes randomly plays if I enable or disable subtitles. It's not a very consistent experience.

Hi, exactly which Emby app are you referring to? What device?

I'm using the Windows server and the LG TV app. I updated my original post to include the emby server log.

Ok, this should be resolved for the next update to the LG app. Thanks.

When can I expect this update? I didn't realize there was an LG TV section but seems a lot of people are having the same problem as me with black screens where nothing is playing or changing subtitles sometimes plays the videos? From what I can also tell from other posts the past update hasn't fixed anything. What is actually the problem? All of my content works fine on Plex.

Hi, hopefully soon. The problem is that the tv should be able to direct play these, but it's failing for whatever reason. We've added some error handling to catch these and automatically switch to other playback methods when this happens.

I also attempted to mess with playback settings and everything would play fine up to 480p 1 mbps. If I went over that, nothing just a black screen.
