Garbled Video

Curious what causes this, in the attachment.
Most of the video is garbled with occasional clearings.

Hi there, have you checked to see if it's in the source video?

I don't think it's in the file as my PC can play it if it were fast enough; it chokes on the video but does not show the garbled stuff.

What do you mean by chokes on the video?

Meaning it can play at less than the video's framerate, so it will pause often while my slow pc's transcoding catches up. So don't think the source video is garbled.

What Emby app were you playing from?

Server is on Win10, player is Roku TV 4K HDR 2017.

Can you please attach the emby server log from the time of playback? And the ffmpeg log if there was one. Thanks !

Almost looks like some strange DRM issue but it's probably not that.

I suppose it's possible it could be DRM. I haven't heard of this before, but then again, we don't really spend much time testing drm content.
