Emby ios not connecting to emby sever

Ever since the new emby sever update, I can't access any content from my ios devices. Please advise.

Spinning circle when launching ios app. When it finally gets past that, it asks me to select the sever. I select the sever and once again I get the spinning circle and after about 1 minute nothing happens. Back to that same screen. Where it allows me to click on sever again but the exact same thing happens. Prior to this update, I never had any issues.

 

I'm able to connect on nvidia shield, just not the ios app.

Actually I have the same problem. I noticed when removing the server and setting it up again works.
But sometimes I have the loading circle that does not end.
Or that I get disconnected during an update of the application.

I am experiencing this issue as well. Server works perfectly on every other device. Tried multiple IOS devices and they all experience the same issue.

I've tried using both Emby connect, connecting using the url and using the IP address. No dice on IOS. My android devices work no problem. Just IOS devices.

every time I try to connect to my server, I get the error message: "We're unable to connect to the selected server right now. Please ensure it is running and try again." I've removed the server, uninstalled the app and did a reninstall, and signed in with emby connect. Running the app on an iphone 8.

My server is outside my network.

Are you connecting over https or http? Are you entering the server address directly into the Emby app that you're using?
