Why is not possible to download the app? It’s possible to install manually ?

Thanks

your projector is a FullHD (1920x1080) device. I believe the Emby app requires 4K resolution.  Sadly, there is also no method to side-load or manually install persistent apps onto an LG WebOS device either.

This is the response I got from LG:

Below is the response from our projector team.

HU80KSW model is a webOS 3.5 platform which your app cannot be serviced per our internal policy.

Please find the list of project models that Emby can be serviced.
- webOS4.5 / HU85 4K (Service available)
- webOS4.0 / HF85 (Should check service availability first in order to service app.)

Hi, for those running a projector please try searching the LG store. According to LG we're in the store for projectors running WebOS 4+. Thanks.

Hi, I have the LG H715QW and also can't find the Emby app in the (EU) App Store. It's running the latest WebOS and is a 4K projector, any thoughts? @SamES

Can you please find out from the settings menu what the OS version is?  Not the firmware version, but the app version is what we need to check.
