I don't know how to help you with the test.. The only thing I'm thinking is about the device..here in italy we have only the full hd version of the firestick..tomorrow I try againg the movie to see If the problem is still present and I send you another log.. anyhow..watching the log you see this strange freeze? I tried now playing for about 10 minutes.. 3 freezes (second one was about 1.35.07, third on 1.38.19, I don't remember first one) I made a video about third freeze: https://drive.google.com/open?id=14KCDwVBQlGrZMOZxYOQgQrDvFSyVLSzo I think the problem is related to the 1080p firestick version.. If I start the movie WITHOUT any subs, the play start immediatly and I have no freezes.. If I start the movie WITH subs, the play hangs a little and then start (the initial freeze is similar to the freeze during the play).. You may be correct though and the stick simply is bogging down rendering both the video and the subs. I'll see if I can dig out an older stick to test with. I have the exact same problems as month ago.. With default forced subs the movie freeze randomly for a while.. Disabling the subs the problem doesn't occurs..
