Randomly the movie freeze and after some seconds (varying) continue.. watching anime or tv shows (less heavy) give me no problem.. I attach some logs.. can you give me some feedback? As additional test I tried lowering the resolution to 1.5mbps and after a couple of minute the movie freezes for a while.. I sended a log thruu the firestick app now.. Bazzu85 21 Posted May 5, 2019 Author Share Posted May 5, 2019 (edited) I tried to remux with mkvtoolnix with only italian track and no freeze..Now I'm watching the original file without selecting any subs, and no freeze.. Activating the forced subs after a while the freeze happens..I think the problem now is clear.. Additionally when the freeze appear, if I quickly change from forced sub to no sub the movie resume from freeze instantly... When the sub is selected after a couple of minutes I have the freezes.. With no subs I played the movie for about 20 minutes without freeze.. Additionally when starting to play the movie with sub selected the movie hangs a while to start, starting with no subs the movie start immediately.. I tried another movie with forced subs and no problem detected.. The movie with problems played on chromecast has no problem.. Then add the following information to your report in the forum: Exactly what you were doing and what happened.
