PoBear 19 Posted March 31, 2019 Share Posted March 31, 2019 (edited) Hi Running 4.09a in Kodi 17.6 I've had to re-build my Emby install from scratch, I've updated the settings for the new user but I'm getting a message that it can;t connect to the Emby server, everything is the same as it was with the exception of the password to login to Emby but I'm not being prompted for this. Angelblue05 4130 Posted March 31, 2019 Share Posted March 31, 2019 (edited) You rebuilt from scratch? If so, the item ids are different now, so you'll need to reset in Kodi as well. Launch Emby for Kodi > reset local database > yes/yes/yes The reason it's failing is that your userid no longer matches. There's no way to salvage your current setup.
