Long story short, I reinstalled Emby today but I am unable to retrieve my Premiere key as it sends it to an email account that I no longer have access too. I know that sounds dodgy as hell Anyway, I have been able to sign into the forum and change my email address but that appears to be only for the forum. I can still sign into my old Emby account but I can't see anywhere to update the email address so that I can get my premiere key sent to it Any help would be very much appreciated Thanks Toine Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I changed my e-mail a while ago and can't get the key and I purchased the lifetime key. To top it off I can't restore my Emby backup without premiere Help? If it is a Lifetime, then please send an email to billingsupport@emby.media from the new address and provide the old address and the key.
