jstruebel 1
I have my collection of movies and music accessible via Emby and recently I tried to browse my music library by artist and it causes the Emby server to crash. I first noticed it with the older 3.5 version so last weekend I upgraded to the latest version 4.0.2.0 and it exhibited the same behavior. I'm running this on a Debian Jessie server. Emby is installed from the .deb file downloaded from Github per the installation instructions. Attached is a log from startup of the server to when it crashed. To cause the crash all I had to do was go into my music library and select the artist view or album artist view. It will load tiles for all the artists and at least most of the photos (I don't have photos for all of them, so I'm not 100% sure if it loaded all the photos it has or not). However, when I click on one of the artists to see their music, I just get a spinning indicator and when I log into my server and check on the Emby process I see that it has crashed. This reliably happened 3-4 times in a row using both the Android app and the web app from my PC. From the log file it looks like there was some unhandled exception which is what triggered the crash. Let me know if you need additional information from me. Thanks, Jonathan

Luke 37029
That looks like terminal output. Can you also locate the emby server log? Thanks.
jstruebel 1
Here are the server logs. One thing I didn't mention earlier is that I'm using an NGINX server to proxy accesses to Emby for access to it off of my local network. I'm not sure if that is messing something up. Even though the PC I'm using to access Emby is on the same network, I'm connecting through the proxy for consistency.
