I see that .15 has been released, at least for linux and the docker image. Has it also been released for Synology? If so is there some trick to get beta versions to show up as needing updating (like other native packages).

Usually we have to wait for James to prep the release and post that it's ready

Hello @pcm2a

The 4.1.0.15-beta release is now available for Synology and XPEnology, please note that you may experience issues with some plugins after updating to this release.

The Emby Server package for Synology/XPEnology is optimised for this platform and the availability of updates will depend on what work we're doing for the platform at the time.

Normally the beta updates are available within 24-hours, often much sooner; but on occasion they may be delayed if have platform updates in the pipeline.

I'm going to post a note here - https://emby.media/c...pment-releases/, as this question has come up before.

Best

- James

Hello @pcm2a, All

The issue with the plugins should now be resolved, after installing be sure to check the dashboard for any pending plugin updates and if necessary restart Emby Server (which you can do from the dashboard).

If you want to be sure you have all of the latest updates, restart the server and refresh the dashboard - any pending updates will be displayed.

If you are using the CoverArt plugin, a manual step is required. Navigate to the plugin catalogue, which you can find at...

Manage Server -> Expert -> Plugins -> Catalogue

...and install (even though you already have it installed) the CoverArt plugin from there; your existing settings will be preserved.

Best
