ginjaninja 533 Posted March 16, 2019 Share Posted March 16, 2019 (edited) I am looking for a quicker way to upload media into the right library location, for one off video files Auto Organise has its place when files are well named, but dailies are not so easily identified, as well as an accurate show name you need a valid SXXEYY value. uploading a single badly named files by AO is cumbersome. Emby currently supports media download. Could Emby support media upload without too much bother? Eg by dragging (from file explorer) and dropping on the "missing" logo in web client, upload file from client to server. Eg by clicking on "missing" logo in webclient, show an OS file selection dialogue to choose a video, then upload. no doubt if the server had an upload function there would be more use for it than uploading to "missing" episodes, but thats what i would use it for. thanks for considering edit it seems Auto Organise now understands 2019.03.15 format which is a useful step forward (unless i just got lucky) Edited March 16, 2019 by ginjaninja Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
