adamstewiegreen 144
My Sonos speaker used to show up in my casting options in Emby, but suddenly it has stopped showing up. I've restarted my speaker but it's just not there anymore. It would be great to get it back because I'd much prefer it as it's easier to browse my music on Emby than Sonos. Carlo 4328
Is your Sonos speakers showing up in any other apps you use? Basically, trying to narrow down if it's only Emby that can't see them or other programs as well.
CBers 6742
@@adamstewiegreen what app are you using to try and cast to your Sonos, or is it the web client? What Sonos device(s) do you have?
adamstewiegreen 144
Yeah, Google Play Music shows the sonos speaker. (But YouTube does not - but it's only video so that may be why)
adamstewiegreen 144
I cast from my android (I tried from my computer web browser as well - no luck). I have the play:one (the small one with no mic/Alexa/wiretap built in)
CBers 6742
I'm seeing the same issue, not seeing my Sonos Beam in the list of castable devices when using Chrome. I see the Beam when using the Google Music app on my phone, but not from Chrome. Perhaps there's a Sonos issue.
