knorki 5
Hello, today I run into a problem with Emby for Kodi. It has worked for month, but since today new added tv shows are not synced to Kodi. They are in Emby Server, but not in Kodi. I used Kodi 17.1 Krypton. Emby for Kodi in V 4.0.5, but I think it was automatically updated. I do not know, which Version I have used before. I have also tried other Versions like 4.09. or 4.10.. I only get an error message box which recommend to check the log on startup from Kodi. All existing episodes can be watched without a problem, but new added ones are not shown. The link to the log is https://paste.kodi.tv/hufohakaji I hope, someone can help me. best regards Stefan
Angelblue05 4130
Try reinstalling Kodi. It seems like Kodi’s python is not seeing the addon_data directory.

Angelblue05 4130
@@knorki Hmm. Are you able to navigate the Kodi directory > userdata > addon_data > plugin.video.emby > emby > objects > are there files in there?
Angelblue05 4130
@@knorki Can you try this build for me. It won't fix your issue, but it will provides additional logging so that I can understand why this is happening on your setup. Please provide an updated Kodi log. Thank you. Yes for sure it’s a python issue, usually resolved by doing a fresh install, which is why I was surprised when it didn’t work for you. Keep me posted. Thanks! Solution knorki 5 Posted March 3, 2019 Author Solution Share Posted March 3, 2019 Fist time, I've updated kodi with a newer version and also make a software reset. After that I restored a backup from the backup addon. The second time I made a fresh install on a new sd card and than restored the backup. rgds Stefan
