Deleting an episode issue

When you delete an recorded episode in episode view it doesn't refresh the view i can still see the deleted episode in the list and when you go back i can see the episode number change and when i go into it it displays oops something went wrong document not found on stack. It still gets in the episode view and I able to watch a different recorded episode.

I don’t quite follow what you’re describing and for me to take a look I need a bit more detail. Would you please provide a step by step description of what you’re doing (each screen and what you’re doing on that screen) so I can help you out?

No problems I will try again i took screenshots from emby ios client. so step 1 you go to live tv recordings and select a series in this example I chose gogglebox and then go into a series season in this example I selected season unknown i then watched the first episode on the list after watching it I selected delete and it brought me back to the episode list but the deleted episode was still there then i clicked back and the number of episodes in the season reduced so in the example it will go from 12 to 11 and if i click season it displayed an error. Hopefully this helps

Did you perform the delete from within the apple tv app?

Yes in apple tv where I get this error not found in stack.

 

I will try over the weekend to delete recordings in android tv and roku to see do they have this error.

Now I can see why it is hard to replicate. Watched two recording from episode list and deleted them the episode list doesn't get updated as you delete episode I go great error has been fixed then I went to watch a different series and as I pressed it I got error no document found in stack.

 

Does apple tv have logs to help solve this error ?

Can you list the exact steps you are going through?

This is the web client equivalent episode list that doesn't get updated on Apple Tv.  If you decide to watch Minister D and delete it you are taken back to the episode list and it will still have Minister D it doesn't refresh the list on deletion.

I have attached photos so you can see exactly what is happening it doesn’t refresh the episode list and if you click on the recording that you just deleted all you get is a spinning circle

I have been able to reproduce it now every single time if The episode list gets refreshed that will fix the error as i can reproduce the error every single time click on the episode that you deleted go back and click on the season and that error appears.
