OITD 0
I apologize to make a similar topic but I'm also having the similar issues with HDHR Prime/PR4100. I'm on a fresh install of 4.0.2.0 with the PR4100, set up my Libraries and HDHR. (Libraries having an issue populating. Can only see content under Files it seems, separate issue). Stream works for maybe ~2 seconds and then hangs seemingly indefinitely. Tried on a separate device and Roku does the same thing after about ~5 seconds. Takes about ~3 minutes to release tuner. Upgraded to the 4.1.0.8 beta and it seems to be stable for longer periods. Roku stream went fine until I tried to tune to the same channel and Roku stream crashes and the new stream wont load. Both hang indefinitely. Manually stop stream on the Roku and attempt to back out of the stream in browser. HDHR shows it's released. Single stream again works, as soon as I add a second, it all crashes. SD Stream in 4.0.2.0 works without issues. Watching directly from the HDHR works without issues. Hopefully the logs show both versions and the corresponding issues. I'm unsure which ffmpeg log might help but I can add those if necessary. embyserver-63686302672.txt embyserver-63686276179.txt
Luke 37008
Hi, can you attach the ffmpeg logs from the time of playback? Thanks.
OITD 0
Here is just trying to stream SD. This seemingly also doesn't work after a while. I may have been too quick to judge HD content as it failed almost immediately whereas SD seemed to play fine for a longer amount of time. ffmpeg-directstream-139670c3-9008-4bae-8fc4-886191a014ed_1.txt
OITD 0
I'm still completely unable to watch live TV. Let me know what else you need so I can resolve this.
OITD 0
I noticed a new beta version was up. Decided to try it out to see if any chance it would solve my issues. Logs attached. embyserver-63686390400.txt ffmpeg-remux-21ed9ec7-202f-4b97-aa93-602876ae0df7_1.txt
Luke 37008
This log is still the stable release. It looks like the remux process is slow enough on this device that it's just not fast enough to be playable. When you said you watched directly from the HDHR, what device were you viewing on? Was this in an HDHR app?
OITD 0
Must have downloaded the wrong logs on accident. I was using the HDHR windows app to watch tv. Log.txt FFMPGLog.txt
OITD 0
Tried a complete uninstall of Emby hoping things would change. This is a fresh install of Emby 4.1.0.10. Again, SD content seems to play for longer periods with the CPU hitting only about ~8%, whereas HD content plays for mere seconds with a CPU hit of about 14-20%. Live TV continues to not work properly. These are all the logs generated. Going to try and uninstall completely again and try with the stable build but I have low expectations. I also wanted to note that SD content plays seemingly fine but as soon as I load Emby on another device, the content fails and CPU drops to 0%. Not even tuning to a channel or another piece of content, just opening the Roku app made the webapp fail to play immediately. Luke 37008
Must have downloaded the wrong logs on accident. I was using the HDHR windows app to watch tv. Can you try Emby Theater on the same windows machine and see how it compares: https://emby.media/emby-theater.html Thanks.
