PeteLocky 22 Posted February 24, 2019 Share Posted February 24, 2019 the emulation with xteve is decent but not good enough, the built in m3u support just needs to be expanded, examples such as.. specify number of concurrent connections (number of allowed connections allowed from provider) group management (entertainment | movies | docs etc..) channel management (rename channels, as often the m3u has unique id's) use the emby guide data like a hdhomerun tuner (i like how that is done) for the emby guide keep the option of manual channel mapping (again a'la hdhomerun setup) faster channel changes as it is painfully slow and a bit of a shame in all honesty this is the biggest let down potential VOD support (personally doesnt bother me i have 25tb of my own stuff emby currently manages) @@Luke Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I match to sd epg from epg123 and supply emby with full matching m3u and epg for every channel. PeteLocky 22 Posted February 26, 2019 Share Posted February 26, 2019 Got it working and set up decent, problem is after a few channel changes it then doesn't change channel at all, is this something to do with setting the streams to 3 maybe?
