Spyderturbo007 19
I ran into an issue when updating to v18 from v17.3 where my remote stopped functioning. I didn't really want to get into it, so I reinstalled v17.3. This all started because Emby for Kodi was missing some TV shows that were on the server and on all my other devices. After install of v17.3, I was prompted to reset the local database, which I did. During the sync, it makes it all the way through my Movies library and as soon as it starts with the Music it fails with a "Something went wrong" error message. I've tried a few different times and always get the same error. Log attached. Thanks! Edit -> If I skip syncing Music, and only sync TV Shows and Movies, it appears to work. kodi.log Edited February 12, 2019 by Spyderturbo007
Angelblue05 4130
Try deleting your Music library file (Kodi userdata > database > MyMusicxx.db. Let me know if it helps.
Spyderturbo007 19
Thanks Angelblue05, that resolved the issue. I think I found another bug though, but I'm not sure if it's related to the Kodi add on, or Emby itself. I use a complex password that includes numbers and special characters. If I use a keyboard to input the password, it doesn't map the keys correctly. I have to use the mouse and the on-screen keyboard. I was able to confirm that by trying to use numbers and special characters in the User field so I could see what was happening.
Angelblue05 4130
Kodi issue. Open the keyboard first (press enter on the field). Then I think it will accept the correct input.
