For the life of me I cannot get Emby to uninstall cleanly on OSX..the move to trash is a waste of time. I even purchased some fancy uninstall app which is also useless... Can anyone advise the best way of ensuring there is no leftovers from a previous install? Before anyone asks...the reason for starting from scratch boils down to 'refresh guide failed'. I've looked at other users issues on this, tried the same...doesn't help in the slightest. It seems quicker for me to start from scratch. thanks guys. hstamas 153 Posted February 9, 2019 Share Posted February 9, 2019 Easiest way I’ve found is to show hidden files (ctrl shift period in newer versions of Mac OS) and just delete the Emby server folder from your root directory.
