The one thing that stops most of my friends from moving their servers off of Plex is lack of any useful statistics addons or plugins. The one we have for emby is pretty bad, its something but its broken and development was left somewhere between conception and pre alpha.    The usefulness of statistics for alot of server owners is extremely important.
