Need a tutorial for setting up Emby server + addon

Hi.

 

Is there a good tutorial for setting up Emby Server with recommended settings and which addon to go for.

 

I am only using it at home with 3 different kodi boxes and 2 different users. There are som man options in the server settings making it difficult to know whats the best settings my use.

 

Same goes for add on. Native or add on default playback? What is the difference?

 

Emby connect or not? What am I missing out on if I go for connect?

 

The more options to choose from the more confused I get.
