Emby for Kodi not auto updating libraries after server update 4.0.0.0

Hi

Happen again

Libraries not auto updating after server update to 4.0.0.0

If I restart Kodi it finds the updates and update ok.

Logs please.

 

Were you guys on 3.6 betas before? If not please keep in mind that a library scan on the server (takes a longer time) + database reset on Kodi is required (once the scan is finished). You also have to run the beta version of the Emby addon.

Hi

Yes 3.6 before ... and latest emby for Kodi beta with your embuary skin (but also happens on estuary)

Everything was working ok.... the only difference is the update of server to 4.0

Strange is that with a Kodi restart it triggers all libraries updates that are pending..

Running 2 Nvidia shield and 1 fire tv.

At the moment I am not at home, later try to post logs

After install latest emby for Kodi plugin and latest server beta, nothing is working, neither libraries updates nor a full sync after database reset.

PS: Running server on windows server 2016 and clients on 2 nvidia shield and 1 fire tv.

Sorry about this, I am trying to add a way to detect the database. Can you confirm you don't have a video database MyVideos114.db in your kodi userdata > database. If there is, please delete it. Let me know if that was the case.

I don't understand. I get you are on rc4, but if you have 114.db on that same Kodi, can you delete it because it should still be using 113.db?

I deleted 114 dB and after restart Kodi it start to sync ok.
This box was running ok but after update plugin to . 36a it just stop to auto update libraries. After this I update to .39 to see if it resolve this problem, and was after this update that happens the problem described above. Now I’m doing a complete database sync and report back.

Also install latest plugin version on one of my shield with latest Kodi nightly that already has 114 dB to see if auto update libraries are working. Will report back also on this.

Ok not auto updating. I have to restart Kodi for updates to work. This happens on all libraries that I test (movies, tv shows and music)

From your log. Looks like the add-on is unable to reach your server websocket. Are you using a reverse proxy or something?

Emby.emby.core.ws_client -> ERROR:: Handshake Status 503

No. And nothing change from my setup. Only difference is the update to server 4.0 and update to latest plugin.
One thing that I noticed is that clients do not appear on server dashboard after the update to 4.0
