troyhough 57
@@Luke, 3.0.34 was pushed out yesterday. There is still a bad delay with audio over bluetooth. Whenever I want to use my headphones, I have to revert to using Plex. This is super annoying and has been going on for months. Is there a fix in the near future? troyhough 57
@@Luke, Is there a thread or pinned posts that show an ongoing list of bugs/issues that are being worked on that can be checked off as they have been completed? I just browsed and didn't see anything official. Edited February 4, 2019 by troyhough

As a workaround, have you tried enabling an external player? I'm in the same boat with bluetooth playback not working properly via bluetooth, until it's fixed I'm using either VLC or MXPlayer when I'm listening via BT... Yes I did but can't remember why I didn't like it. Maybe it wouldn't remember where I left off to continue the next time I went back to something I started watching??? Possibly something else.... will try again.

Yep - external players don't report watched status or current play position back to Emby. Quite a few of them remember play position internally though. It's not 'ideal', but it works, kinda... It still asks me every time. It won't play my locals when I am off the LAN (maybe you can't transcode with external players)? I wasn't able to seek forward or back. Didn't remember where I left off. Yuck!
jon_ 22
VLC works better than that for me. Sometimes it will refuse to play an offline synced file the first time, try it immediately again and it works. The asking which player to use is android - it associates itself with each file type. So if you play an MKV, then and MP4 it'll ask you twice. Depending on the android version it'll either remember your choice after a bit, or it will ask you to set as default... Also try MXPlayer, that seems a little bit better than VLC - but won't playback DTS soundtracks...
