New GPU, and shutdown problems.

I just received a new Gigabyte Radeon RX580 Gaming 8 GPU.  This GPU requires a 8 pin 150 Watt(?) connection but my power supply currently only has one free 6 pin 75 watt(?) connector.  The PSU also has a few free 4 pin Molex Connectors, and I am wondering if it would be advisable to buy an adapter such as this https://www.amazon.com/CableCreation-GeForce-Gigabyte-Sapphire-Graphics/dp/B078W7W8L2/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1546127354&sr=8-2-spons&keywords=4+pin+molex+to+8+pin+pcie+adapters&psc=1 to convert 2 molex adapters into one 8 pin PIC connector.  the PSU is 400 watts, and I am currently running a ASRock H270 ATX mobo with a 6th gen I5 CPU.  I believe the CPU is rated at 65TDP Thanks.  With only the 6 pin power connector hooked up, the shuts down and restarts under heavy load so I might have to look in that direction as well.

Those look to be powerful enough but really loud. Do you know of anything a little more quiet

That PSU is almost silent. I have one in my HTPC.

I'm looking at these and I want to make sure everything will fit. Are the screw hole patterns on these pretty standard? I know this is a poor way to judge things but I don't have any way to measure metric units at the moments and it looks like it could be really close just using a tape measure and googling conversion charts.

The mounting holes should be standard. I have four of the G2 PSUs, and they fit in every case I have.
