Newer Samsung TVs won't support DTS passthrough on MKV files. The following Bash script will convert the file to EAC3 if it's either TrueHD, DTS, FLAC, or has PGS subtitles. This assumes you have ffmpeg installed. It can be modified to work with your favourite torrent client to be an automated process.
