unhooked 17
Just found out firsthand that live tv goes away and turns into an ad for purchasing emby when your internet goes down. BC just got hit with a huge windstorm, couldn't watch news. Please implement some sort of authentication caching. thanks. unhooked 17
Hi, we do have this. What app were you playing from? Roku in this case, there was a power outage and network yesterday. Today another network outage and it seemed to be ok. But yesterday livetv was just the premier ad.

ebr 14850
The app does cache the validation for up to 7 days so I'm not sure what happened here. However, we do also know that the Roku itself tries to send statistics to their servers on playback and, when there is no internet connection, that can cause significant slow-downs. Hmmm, perhaps it expired.
