Emby Server stops without any reason.

Hi !

 

Some week´s ago i reported that my Disksation stops without  any reason.

 

I was not shure if ti was EMBY or my Diskstation.

 

Now after install Emby on an brand new Diskstation i am shure :-)

 

Emby stops without a reason.

 

EMby Server Version 3.5.3.0 

Diskstation DSM 6.2.1-23824 Update 2

Model DS1817+

 

When i look in the apps center Emby is on stop. After i restart emby it works fine.

Hi ! To night emby stops again. I try to send the Logfiles but get a error ...

 

Type [yes] and press return to continue: yes

>> Creating archive...
FAILED

ERROR: Failed to create the log archive.
 

Is there a other way to send u the log files ?

Hello @@GTB

 

The most likely reason for the error sending the logs will be resolved in the next stable, although it should only happen in exceptional cases.

 

Please can you try it again with Emby Server stopped, and see if that works ok - let me know how you get on.

Hi !  I stop Emby and try it agian ...

When did the stable version come ??  :-)

No new stable yet, it's an intermittent issue and is only seen under specific circumstances; so it 'just worked' this time.

 

New problem, the size of your logs - 2.1GB compressed.

 

Please can you run the following from an SSH session and post the output here:-

sudo ls -lh /var/packages/EmbyServer/target/var/logs/
