Shaunbhai 0 Posted December 14, 2018 Share Posted December 14, 2018 (edited) It's been 6 months since any update was done on the Apple TV 4 app. I've moved over from Plex as I prefer the developers of Emby who are far more communicative than Plex, but I'm TutuApp finding the Emby Apple TV app isn't Lucky Patcherquite as good as the Plex app and feels very dated, as well as quite slow to start. I see a very nice interface and lots of new features Kodi (eg live TV) on the other clients but the 6 month hiatus without even a minor update has me worried that the Apple TV platform is not considered a priority? Are we likely to see any update very soon and if so, is an overhaul of its current dated appearance coming?Thanks for your hard work. We’ve been hard at work on replacing the player in the app with a brand new one similar to what’s on iOS. You’re welcome to join the beta (I believe @@ebr posted a thread here about this a while back)! After that we’ll be getting back to work on regular improvements. I hope this helps!
