Obsidian 0
Hoping I can get a bit of advice here. Let's say I go to a TV show (Futurama), select a season (Season 1) and click the grey 'Shuffle' button next to the season cover-art (picture of Fry). https://imgur.com/dweasu9 Episode 4 (Love's Labors) starts playing. https://imgur.com/yylhyeO Is there a way to view what episode is scheduled next? Or three episodes from now? Unless I'm missing something pretty obvious, there's no way I can view the randomly created queue when I've shuffled the season/series (this occurs universally by the way, just used Futurama as an example). Reason this functionality is highly valued - if I have watched 4 episodes in the season the previous day, selecting 'Shuffle' will add those episodes into the queue and being able to manually remove them from the queue means I don't get have to manually skip whenever an episode I don't want to watch comes up. Expected behavior:Be able to view and edit the currently active Play Queue, generated when selecting 'shuffle' for season/series/folder (please note, I'm not referring to creating a permanent playlist). Image of equivalent behavior in Plex web app https://imgur.com/h8VqFUA I've posted this under the Web App forum but it affects both Web App and Android App. The lack of that feature on the Android App is a much bigger annoyance, as my primary use case is casting to Chromecast from my phone. Surely a feature like this exists by now? [full gallery of Web App and Android App, and comparison to Plex Web and Plex Android https://imgur.com/a/xRLnqxY] I'm running Emby server Version 3.5.3.0, listed as the most up-to-date version by my Emby server. Emby desktop images from Google Chrome, Version 70.0.3538.102 (Official Build) (64-bit). Same behavior in Chrome Canary and Microsoft Edge. Emby mobile images from Android 9, build number PQ1A.181105.017.A1 on Pixel 3 XL. Same behavior under Android 5.1 on Oppo R9. Thanks team. Luke 36879
Hi, we don't currently support managing the play queue of another device but it's something we're going to be looking at soon after the 3.6 release. Thanks.
thelanranger 11
Any word on this feature? I was casting music with Instant Mix to Xbox from the web app and I can't see what is going to be played or change anything. Currently deep into version 4, figured this would be a thing by now... I also feel like I've done this before? Did something change?
Luke 36879
Not yet. I'm hoping to get to this soon. Thanks.
