ebr 14860
Since January, has Telstra even acknowledged the existence of emby??? Sorry, not yet. It is an extremely selective process.
Shucks 0
Any updates on Emby for the Telstra box? I'm still using the old side load version and if crashes often, fairly annoying. If there's a way we can get a new side load version that would be good in the interim, even if it's not the very latest.
ebr 14860
Perhaps an old version of BNN? @@speechles
Happy2Play 8140
Perhaps an old version of BNN? @@speechles I would assume that is the version they currently have installed, but hasn't that version been killed off by firmware updates? Since the new version is not open source it is unlikely there will be a sideload version available. Edited October 29, 2019 by Happy2Play
speechles 1911
Perhaps an old version of BNN? @@speechles I was kinda busy with the PG&E PSPS Power shutoffs and wildfire evacuations to really keep up on this while we were on generator. Now that all of that is calming down and power has resumed at my house after 96 hours without I can start to get back into the swing of things. I am in the area of both the BurrisFire and KindcadeFire. Both incidents impact me as this is why we had our power turned off for safety. I know what it is like to live the walking dead without zombies. The version you can sideload on Telstra is most definitely BNN. You should be able to find the actual Emby app on the Telstra store. I believe it was allowed. You can get the see the most recent versions of BNN here: https://github.com/speechles/BN-ONE/releases - direct link to latest zip: https://github.com/speechles/BN-ONE/files/2230285/emby.blue.neon.v.4.30.zip - link to BNN code to fork: https://github.com/speechles/BN-ONE Edited October 30, 2019 by speechles
jack1574 2
I am in Australia. Roku did a deal with Telstra a local broadband/phone/pay tv provider. can not make a working account with roku. plex has native support on the telstra branded roku. seems pretty unfair to me. Well there goes 1 full year...
ebr 14860
Well there goes 1 full year... Hi. Sorry but this isn't in our control. The necessary parties simply aren't interested in working with us. We will keep trying.
