Initial Scan - Cant Locate Files, Network Credentials

Hi,

I'm running Emby Server v3.5.3 on a qnap NAS and trying to direct play files from a fresh install of Kodi 17.6.

I had the whole system running on v3.3.0, and v16 of Kodi, but I needed to update to add support for an iPad app. During the update, I had huge issues with dependencies and ended up fresh installing the newer official Emby package for qnap, and the system hasn't worked since.

I assumed I may have messed something up by trying to add a second new Emby library over the top of the old one, despite Clearing the Local Library from the settings, which is how I got to be on a fresh v17.6 install.

On running the initial scan it gets to one of the first files and says "Can't Find File" and suggests that it may be down to network credentials.

Having googled around I think I have Entered ever variation on my server details I can think of, including static IP and host-name, changing to match on the shared network folder in emby, as well as trying different login user with different permissions.

Read somewhere that it's a good idea to go to Install Addon from Repository and put the Login details in the there when prompted, but none of my SMB shares appears there. They do appear in ZeroConf browser, and I can see all the relevant files in there. Also, I have manually added the share through IP and Hostname, with the login details, and I can also access files there!

I'm officially stumped, any help would be greatly appreciated! Log attached!

Hmm there's an error that's preventing the add-on from proceeding. Can you go into the add-on settings > sync (I think) > Disable screensaver with sync (or something along those lines). Then restart Kodi.

Thanks for the response!

Found a setting called "Sync when screensaver is deactivated" which was off already. Toggled on and back off again for good measure.

Also went into the interface settings and turned off the screensaver completely for good measure.

Rebooted and the behaviour seemed the same. Screensaver error still showing up in the new Log, attached.
