Is there a guide on using Theater? I'm trying to figure out how to skip to a specific point in a video (e.g. skip to the 12 minute mark). I also want to know how to swap the skip fwd/back and ff/rew buttons. Skip is going to the next video in the playlist whereas ff/rew are doing skip.

All I could find is this, More like an Ad than a guide.

There are currently no settings to configure button mappings.

How do you skip to a certain point in a video, like if I want to jump to 12:00, how do I do that? In WMC you press 1-2-play. That doesn't work in Theater, at least not for me.

Interesting, i was never even aware of that shortcut. Yes that's something that could be looked at.

 

With a remote currently there is no way although a chapter menu is planned for the future. I also like the shortcut you just mentioned.
