jscoys 143
Hello, With Emby 1.6.3 (6) I can navigate the app, but when I click “play” I have a black screen an then the app crash after 1-2 seconds. It happens for some videos, will say 50/50, can’t find a specific pattern. Someone having the same issue? Luke 37022
Intermittent video crashes are resolved in Emby for iOS 1.6.4. Thanks guys.
vdatanet 1549
Hi, I'm still having video crashes when starting a movie with Emby for iOS 1.6.8. Sometimes, when starting a movie, I have a black screen and movie doesn't start. If I wait a while, the application either crashes or the movie starts. Luke 37022
Can you provide a sample video for testing? Thanks.
vdatanet 1549
The file is not the problem. The same movie can start well or fail. Let's say 75% start well or 25% fail (more or less)

vdatanet 1549
I think this only happens when connecting to a remote server. At least, this just does not happen to me using a local connection.

vdatanet 1549
I think the problem is with subtitles. I've disabled subtitles and I've tried to play 10 movies. All movies played fine, I've enabled subtiles and I've got a crash playing second movie.
