I've tried modifying the subtitle size and the font from the settings on Emby Theater, but nothing happens.   Had no issues with changing the sub size on the web player, but on the Xbox, it refuses to change.   The subtitles are .srt, I've tried both external and embedded subtitles, neither one makes a difference.   Also, when the "Playing Next" thing shows up ~30 seconds before the video ends and I try to hide it, it just pops right back up again.
