Sometimes playing a movie hangs up the WebGUI

Sometimes when starting a movie the style of the player GUI changes to the one which is on the image and nothing happens anymore.

The logs doesn't write any issues.

This issue is only happening when another person or two are streaming videos at the same time.

 

Maybe my intel G3930 and 4 GB or RAM onm Linux is just to slow.

Maybe later when I have time to get them.

 

But I've already discovered that Emby is writing files to the transcoding-temp directory and then after about 1 or 2 minute the movie starts.

 

Is there a way to completely turn off transcoding? I mean... why Emby first needs to create over 300 .ts files to start the movie?

(just to want understand it technically).

Emby will automatically turn off transcoding whenever the app can direct play the file.
