I haven't used it before nor have I used MCEBuddy or others, only RecordedTV HD in WMC but that only marks the commercials for easily skipping them; it doesn't remove them. This would be a preferable method as the processed file would be available sooner than if done with set MCEBuddy as a scheduled task in Windows Task Scheduler I think.
