mippoliti 2
Hi, I have installed my new RS2418+ with emby repository but update and license check fails (it seems that the emby server does not connect with emby.media), Today have tried with another server (debian 9 and another ds418) and works perfect (package problem?). Please help me because i do not know how to solve. Thank You Log.txt
solabc16 379
Hello @@mippoliti Thanks for the feedback, let's see if we can get to the bottom of this. There can be the odd issue to work through with new platforms, unfortunately we don't have physical h/w available to test on for every kind of machine. If possible can you run the following: https://github.com/MediaBrowser/Wiki/wiki/Synology-:-How-to-Send-us-Support-Logs Best - James

adgriffi 1
I was just coming here looking for help for the same thing! DS1618+ here, so it's the same denverton architecture I believe. I can post my logs if you need them, but they're the same as the logs that have already been posted -- SSL / Mono / Cert issue. Looking forward to an updated build!

adgriffi 1
Hello @@solabc16, Thanks so much for the quick turn-around! It seems to be running smoothly now on my end too -- adding metadata, updating the plugins, etc. If I run into further issues, I'll be sure to let you know!
