Impossible de lire un streaming sur ma bbox

My device is the BBOX MIAMI (fiber) of Buygues telecom ....

Okay, so this is a dedicated streaming player for a provider there in France?

 

It is possible that the box doesn't have a full implementation of codecs due to it being designed just for their service.  If you can follow the instructions to send a log from the app after playing one of these items, I can see what information there is about what is happening.

Hello ebr.
In France all the Internet Access Provider five 1 or 2 box to access at Internet.
This box allow Internet Access, IPTV & phone.
2 IAP have a android box.
- Bouygues Telecom with the bbox Miami and the bbox Miami 4k : the link of wikipedia : https://fr.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bbox

- Free with the Freebox Mini 4k which I have. I use Emby Android with this box whithout problem now.

But at the begining, I had many problem with movie who can't play or I hadn't direct play. And now I use only .mkv, and I don't have any problem.

So I am surprise that doesn't work with .mkv in the bbox.
But the bbox miami is older than the freebox and I know she is not very stable.
The android's version is older for the bbox.

the log in the attachement ! I can open the movie in my web brother (on my computer) but no in the application of BBOX ....

I know.   That's why I asked for this:

However, this is a custom implementation of Android for a particular provider in France.  I have a feeling it just doesn't have everything needed for the app to work properly.  I can see more if I can see a log though.

regardez sur internet. C'est une box connecté à internet, qui permet d'avoir la télé via internet, d'installer des application, ...etc
