Volley Error on Fire TV Stick

Since the last update I can't open the App with the Fire TV stick. It works perfectly in the rest of Android devices but here I keep receiving a Volley Error. I can't even log in. I can access via internet browser but I purchased this App, and paid for it so I hope this problem can be fixed. I've restarted and desconected the stick, erased the cache and data, reinstalled the App but still doesn't work

Same here since yesterday update with Nvidia Shield and emby server 3.5.0.2.

 

Can't login, uninstalled app and reinstalled and same problem.

I send logs with "send log" button in app.

In my case yes, it's always with the same user. I don't have any other user to try with. The thing is that it worked perfectly until the last update and it still does with my user in every other android device

The error occurs simply by opening the application (clean install), without trying to enter as a user.

 

If I try to sign manually (setting ip and user/password) the app always says invalid user id or password. I try with different users with no luck. Until monday app are working normally.

So, should I install manually the APK or is it better to wait if there's another solution? Will it affect to the payment I've already made for unlocking the App? Is there a trusted download site where I can get the APK? I'm sorry if I ask too many questions. Thanks in advance for everything

We don't have the apk's available for download. We should have a new release up soon, but in the meantime you can always join the open beta programs for the app. Thanks !

Well, first, we need to determine what the problem is :).

 

Is there anything interesting about this user?  Like special characters in the password or name or anything?

I meant that the App works in an android 7.1.1 mobile, the other method I've tried is in a couple of computers and in the Amazon Fire TV itself via internet browser, Firefox in both cases, by accessing with Emby Connect introducing my user name and password and accessing to my server. I've tried this with the Amazon Fire TV App and it says that the user ID or the password are incorrect (and they're not, I've checked multiple times)

- 3.5.2.0 and

- 3.6.2.0beta

 

but the error remains.

 


Unfortunately there is no new version in the beta program on AMAZON.

Does anyone have an old working APK for download?
