JarekK 0
Hello, I'm trying to change library settings (on /web/index.html#!/library.html). No matter what setting I change and in which library, it's not saved when I exit the library settings screen. When I open web console in the browser, I'm getting the following error the moment I click the left arrow to exit the settings screen: Uncaught Error: null name at ApiClient.updateVirtualFolderOptions (apiclient.js?v=3.5.1.0:2) at HTMLDivElement.onDialogClosing (medialibraryeditor.js?v=3.5.1.0:1) at closeDialog (dialoghelper.js?v=3.5.1.0:1) at onHashChange (dialoghelper.js?v=3.5.1.0:1)

JarekK 0
Hello, Thanks for a swift response and sorry for not being able to follow such quickly myself. Please find the full log attached. I loaded the "/web/index.html#!/library.html" URL in Chrome, refreshed and then tried to change a library settings. I sanitised credentials and the server name from the log. I forgot to mention I initially noticed the issue on 3.4.1.0 on Firefox and Chrome, then I upgraded to 3.5.1.0, tried both browsers and the Android app. Thanks in advance for any help / advice! emby.log
Luke 36887
Can you try creating a new library and see if this happens with that library? Thanks.
JarekK 0
Yes, just checked, everything works when creating a new library. Thanks for the idea, that's certainly a work-around, though I'm going to need to copy some manually-entered metadata by hand.
Luke 36887
How old is this Emby Server installation?
JarekK 0
Hm, hard to say exactly. Judging from the timestamps in the EMBY_DATA folder, May 2017.
