After entering login credientials for SD, picked my country and entered my postcode the lineup dropdown box refuses to, well dropdown. Using exactly the same details on a test server in linux works perfectly ok

Sorry ignore this, I was using my old SD credentials that allowed me to login but nothing else. Use the correct ones and it worked fine
