bluefalcon 0 Posted July 17, 2018 Share Posted July 17, 2018 I am extremely OCD about my music collection and it has taken me months to add everything to emby and have it all display to my liking. Everything was working perfectly but since applying the latest 3.5.0.0 server update, every album is now sorted randomly instead of by release year (album title) in both the Album Artists and Artists tabs (see attached image). When selecting the Albums tab though, they are all sorted correctly by year. Any idea why this has happened as it is incredibly frustrating? My artist albums were always sorted by title (in year order) 2015. Album A - 2016. Album B - 2017. Album C - 2018. Album D and so on Now they are everywhere, 2004 is 1st then 2012 then 2008 then 2001 etc Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

bluefalcon 0 Posted July 17, 2018 Author Share Posted July 17, 2018 Just a quick update: When using Roku and/or Apple TV, the album order is all sorted and shown correctly within both the Album Artists and Artists tabs as they once (always) were.
