web client - ios safari - this operation could not be completed

I keep getting the above error in the web client on safari, live tv works fine on my windows boxes in the house, the main difference is they are hardwired where the ipad is wireless so maybe there's something in my network causing the issue. any ideas based in this log?

Figured it out. Safari must have a timeout for videos to start and I had transcoding set to max quality so it was taking too long to initiate. Now I've adjusted the quality to auto it starts just fine.
