Xbox app - Unable to see media under TV folder (possibly filter related)

Bit of an odd one, if I go into my main TV Folder via the xbox app it shows no content however all other shortcuts (Favourites, Next Up etc) work fine and if I log in as another user I have no issues with that folder either. Plus if I use another app with the user in question (iOS, web browser) everything also works fine.

The only thing that I think it could be is that I had a filter setup on the view to filter out all completed shows. Now the problem is if I go into said folder I can see the filter enabled but I can't navigate across to the filter button as there are no folders to traverse across.

Any ideas how I can turn off this filter?

Thanks

Andy

Ha typical, been puzzling me for days and then a few mins after posting I figured out how to fix it. Logged into Emby Theatre via the web app which allows me to click the filter button with the mouse directly.

So yep was a filter issue however not sure who clicked to filter out both played and unplayed content.  :D

Do you see an exclamation point over the filter button? that will tell you if a filter is activated.

So not solved.

Yep exclamation mark present in the xbox app, was able to fix it in the web version of Theatre view by turning off the filter or amending it but filter sill in place on the xbox app and can't navigate to the button to turn it off.

Try restarting the app.

That seems to have fixed it, filter now matching what was set on the web view.

The same thing happened to me.   I filtered out all the movies and could not get back into the Emby filter menu to turn it off using the TV remote.  I plugged the transceiver from my wireless keyboard into the USB port on my 65" Samsung TV and was able to navigate into the filter area using buttons on the wireless keyboard.
