Emby Server - Losing Thumbs (Next Up)

My Emby server is setup on an UNRAID server with the Emby created docker.

It constantly loses the thumbnail images in the Next Up category.

I can re-add them and in a day they are gone.

It would appear these are not saved with the media on the server as are other images?

What do I need to do to correct this issue, it has become quite annoying

Thanks...

Will

Yes that setting is intact.. little more info (though I'm sure this is obvious to you pro's):

It looks like the  Landscape.jpg  file is the one the "Next Up" section is using.

Those file are intact on the HDD for the ones not displaying, but Emby just keeps dropping them apparently.

So I assume at this point a re-scan of the library is in order; that would repair the db that holds the images for the server app?

Or am I way off base?

Thanks...

OK the Library Scan did not work so I am attaching the server log, it's VERY long, let me know what you find.

Thanks... hope you had a good weekend!!!

Yes I did for Chrome, Edge and IE, same issue happens afterwards in all 3.

Yes I agree it is odd...

can you try deleting the server's image cache?

 /config/cache/images

Thanks.

Since Emby is in a Docker container on unRaid I assume you mean this path is relative to that Emby Docker... that being the case I see the path is actually ../EmbyServer/cache/images  and it has 2 directories in it.

Just want to verify these are what you wish to delete, 2nd to last line in pic below (the Config folder in EmbyServer has no cache/images path, just a dlna and users folder):

Yes it is the cache\image folder with enhanced and resized images.

I determined the location to your cache folder based on the log, but it is also displayed on the front page of the emby server dashboard, in case that helps.

OK - 2nd question, should I stop the server before doing this or does it matter, any thing to do after or just wait till it rebuilds the cache?

Delete completed last night and checked the server console/app again this morning - no help...

Have a good 4th of July everyone  :)

As of about midnight Wednesday the issue seems to have resolved itself.   :D
