ShoutingMan 95
Framerate is not being detected and Emby Theater is not changing display framerate for content encoded with VC1. I've found this with two older blu-rays, "V for Vendetta" and "Constantine". I've attached an MPV log file from V, along with a screenshot showing the content is 23p (23.976Hz) and the beginning to the media info export from MKVToolNix (in case they're helpful). Basically, the content plays with the system set remaining at 60Hz. It should switch to 23p. I noticed minor, infrequent judder in the content which made me realize it hadn't set the frame rate correctly. When I manually set the graphics to 23p, the judder went away and the playback was completely normal. Framerate detection and changing works normally with all other content I've got. This quirk is specific to these video files that are VC1 encoding. emby-mpv-log.txt V For Vendetta (2005).txt
Luke 37053
If it's working with other files then there probably won't be a whole lot we can about it other than re-evaluate the next time we update mpv. thanks.
