maximumentropy 23 Posted May 9, 2018 Share Posted May 9, 2018 Hi, I would like some way to override parental ratings, allowing users with parental control settings in effect to still view specific media items. Use case: I have some media items such as music concerts which are rated NR as they have not received an MPAA rating. However, I want to allow my kids to watch concerts. Right now, my only option seems to be going to Server Dashboard > Users > kids > Parental Control and selecting a "Maximum Allowed Parental Rating" of "AO/RP/UR/NR/X", which would give my kids access to lots of content that I specifically do not wish to allow. Possible implementation: Add an "Allow items with tags:" setting on the Parental Control screen, which would override parental ratings settings. Thanks!
