xnappo 1593
try a different user name The username he is using is 'craig' - but 'Amz & Bin' is in the returned data. MrLinford: So - we suggest changing that username to something more computer friendly. We have no idea if this thing will work on Android BTW. xnappo
xnappo 1593
@ - any ideas? Note that this is an Android device - first person to try as far as I know. Looks like a hard crash right after the UserId query. The only thing suspicious I see it the quite un-code friendly username of 'Amz & Bin' but I don't think that is if. xnappo
MrLinford 54
Just tried again with debug enabled. XMBC stuck on loading again but showed on the server dashboard in the active devices section. Logs attached, hope you can find the fault fast Just using XBMC on its own for now xbmc.log xbmc.old.log
MrLinford 54
I removed the 'Amz & Bin' user completely this morning before work, still doesn't load. Will get new logs when I get back home. Sent from my GT-I9000 using Tapatalk
xnappo 1593
I think you need to set up XBMC on a Windows box first. That way we can separate any setup and network issues from running on a Android box. I don't think more logs from the Android box will help as it appears to just crash after retrieving the user names. xnappo

xnappo 1593
maybe. one thing though none of the metadata including images are loading I assume you have tried restarting? Sounds like maybe the service crashed. It works fine in Windows right? xnappo

Solution MrLinford 54 Posted March 28, 2014 Author Solution Share Posted March 28, 2014 Working fine on the windows version. I did some more reading on the Pivos Forums and found the Linux version to be more stable than Android. So install the Linux software (http://www.pivosforums.com/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=941) and it now works!!

The Pi is *really* slow to show large collections. xnappo
