paddimouche 0
Hi all, I have a Nvidia Shield TV with the Emby app installed. When I launch the app it takes long long time to start and I always have the message "Unable to connect to Emby Server". A few seconds after I am able to select the user I want to be connected and everything works fine after. Unfortunately this is really annoying to have to wait for that first screen and then always have to select the user. Ps : emby server is installed on a 3102T model. I have also selected somewhere that I want to keep the information of the user and stay connected. Any advice ?
Solution ebr 14903 Posted April 25, 2018 Solution Share Posted April 25, 2018 Hi. In the app startup settings, what do you have the log-in behavior set to? Sounds like maybe you have it set to log in to a non-existent user/server so it is timing out and then working automatically. Try setting it to "Show login screen", log in successfully, and then set it back to auto if you wish.

I am pretty sure I have the most recent version... 4.01? saying that I cleared the data and cache and restarted and everything seems to be working now!
