hey

Any reason why you don't allow paragraphs in the plot/overview field? They would be handy especially now with the introduction of the multi version movie feature, as you could make a better separation of the plot and the comparison of the normal cut and special cut versions.

add "<br>" to the description where you want paras - i usually add two

unfortunately this does not work in Kodi, there you only see the <br>

 

@@Angelblue05 guess that's nothing you are able to fix within the Emby for Kodi addon?

Maybe. I'm not sure. It depends on Kodi but I'll do some testing today. I have a few things to fix still. I'll add it to the list.

Please test with the next stable and let me know. You can use <br> and I've converted it to what Kodi supports which is [CR].

Be aware that this won't work in some of the other apps...

Is the traditional "backslash n" better, then? Frikkin tapatalk won't let me type it out.

I haven't tried in a long time, but my recollection was that manually added html (eg, <br>) in the Plot/Overview got stripped out by Emby Server under certain conditions.
